This is Pinky Mondal, working as a Soft Skills Trainer for Tata Consultancy Services. Because of my profession, I get to interact with people from different backgrounds and ethnicities within India. While mentoring my trainees to identify their strengths and to use those for finding the best possible opportunities to start their careers, I have realized many trainees need an idea of how to present themselves properly to give an effective impression on employers. Many of them miss good opportunities because they lack the knowledge of simple yet important Soft Skills or Employ-ability Skills.
